Are the albums and merchandise official?
Yes, all albums and merchandise sold at Kpop Nara are 100% official and sourced directly from South Korea. All album sales are reflected in the Hanteo and Gaon (Circle) charts.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Pre-order items will ship once they arrive at our warehouse following the official release date.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We accept returns for items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 14 days of delivery. Please provide an unboxing video as proof of damage to facilitate the return or exchange process.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Kpop Nara ships to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your specific location.
